Payment
A 50% down payment is necessary to block your unit.  The remaining 50% will be paid upon the completion of the condominium complex, as soon as you can occupy your unit.  Please note that FPC will only block a unit upon the downpayment of 50%.

Deposit Fee
An extra deposit of $2,000.00 is necessary upon the purchase of your unit.  This amount will be deposited and used for the case when there is some major replacement necessary or damages to something in the communal sections of the buildinds that needs to be fixed.  The necessary amount will be deducted only upon approval of all unit owners.

Monthly Communal Fee
You will be paying a standard monthly communal fee for the security costs, communal electrical bill, minor maintenances, cleaning of the communal area, etc.

Foreign Ownership
Foreigners can completely and permanently put the condominium under their name.  This solve a lot of issues of having to put it on a girlfriends name or having a disadvantages of a long term lease.
